Paul R. Peterson, CEO

Paul R. Peterson is Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Peterson’s experience in business & financial management includes extensive work for over ten years in investment, start-up, growth and ongoing management of small to mid-sized high-tech and telecom companies. Since 1997 Mr. Peterson has been directly involved in the roles of director, officer and investor in the start-up, development, merger, acquisition and turnaround of both private and publicly-traded companies such as Ontus Telecom, Voice over the Web Corp. and NexGen Networks. He has developed and implemented complex business models for the marketing of VoIP telecom services internationally utilizing network and affiliate marketing channels, as well as private label wholesale distribution.

Mr. Peterson has a penchant for international business development, having served client companies and investors in Japan, China and Russia on behalf of Merrill Lynch and Merrill Lynch International Bank. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in languages and Linguistics. He also earned a masters degree in international Business from St. Thomas College in St. Paul, and a second masters’ degree in International Business Management from Kansai University of Foreign Studies in Osaka, Japan. He speaks, reads and writes fluently Japanese and Russian, and is conversant in Mandarin.
