Dynametric Infinity Bonus
The Dynametric” Compensation Plan includes the Dynametric* Infinity Bonus. Once you have five (5) Subscribing ISAs or Managers, on your team (personally enrolled or not) you are qualified to earn the 100% Matching Dynametric* Infinity Bonus.
Starting with that 5th Subscribing ISA or Manager on your team, you will earn a100% Matching Bonus on the first four (4) Subscribing ISAs or Mangers on their team and so on to Infinity!
Once qualified whenever there is a new addition to your team (personally enrolled or not), you will also earn a100% Matching Bonus on the first Four (4) Subscribing ISAs or Managers on their team and so on to Infinity!
The following chart illustrates the Dynametric* Infinity Bonus Potential of just the 5th person. The potential increases with the addition of each new person enrolled on your team going forward, personally enrolled or not!
The Matching Dynametric* Infinity Bonus is equal to the personal sales commission paid on Subscribing ISAs and Manager sales. As an added bonus it is also paid on the recurring monthly service subscription fee paid by all those you receive matching bonuses on!
Leadership Achievement
Director: When you have four (4) personally enrolled Affiliates on your team who have each qualified for the Dynametric* Infinity Bonus, you become a Director.
As a Director you are paid a Director’s Leadership Bonus equal to 25% of the total weekly Overrides earned by every Affiliate on your team, personally enrolled or not!
Executive Director: As a Director just as soon as you have four (4) Directors on your team, (personally enrolled or not) you become an Executive Director.
As an Executive Director your Leadership Bonus is increased to 50 % of the total weekly Overrides earned by every Affiliate on your team, personally enrolled or not!
Presidential Director: As an Executive Director once you have four (4) Executive Directors on your team, (personally enrolled or not) you achieve the title of Presidential Director!
As a Presidential Director your Leadership Bonus is increased to 75% of the total weekly Overrides earned by every Affiliate on your team, personally enrolled or not!
Diamond Director: As a Presidential Director once you have four (4) Presidential Directors on your team, (personally enrolled or not) you achieve the prestigious title of Diamond Director!
As a Diamond Director your Leadership Bonus is increased to 100% of the total weekly Overrides earned by every Affiliate on your team, personally enrolled or not!
Worldwide Leadership Pool
The OneWorldFon Leadership Bonus Pool was created to encourage and reward leaders to assist everyone in our OneWorldFon Community to build their business regardless of line of sponsorship! At the end of each month we add up the total income earned by all affiliates worldwide. 10% of that total is paid into the OneWorldFon Leadership Bonus Pool.
The OneWorldFon Leadership Bonus Pool is paid out once a month to qualified Executive, Presidential and Diamond Directors!
10% of the Bonus Pool is divided equally between qualified Executive Directors.
